Express Shipping- Only select this option if you want your basket shipped next day outside Ontario/Quebec. Order your baskets in advance to avoid higher shipping fees. Average transit times are 2- 4 days outside of Ontario. We recommend submitting your orders 5 days in advance when using our delivery date selector. Next day delivery is not guaranteed in rural areas, but transit times are increased significantly due to our air service.

24 HOUR SHIPPING GUARANTEE We guarantee that all orders will be shipped within 24 hours or else the shipping is free. This only applies Monday through Friday, and all orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday. For example, an order placed on a Friday at 12pm will be shipped by 12pm Monday. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. Special requests or special orders may be excluded from this guarantee. Orders placed before 4:00 will be shipped same day unless otherwise specified. Orders placed after 4:00 P.M will be shipped the following day. (*During the Holidays gifts may take up to 3 business days before they are shipped).
CORRECT ADDRESS We cannot assume responsibility for delays in shipment due to wrong or incomplete addresses therefore, we ask that you make sure that you have a correct ship to address and daytime phone number for the recipient before ordering. In the event that the wrong delivery address is provided, there will be a $15 surcharge for delivery address correction.
If a gift is being delivered to a HOTEL or Hospital, please be sure to provide the recipient's room number and phone number. Again, we recommend the gift be sent to a business or home address in case the recipient is discharged early. A 2nd delivery fee will be charged to your Credit Card for any re-routing of packages. We CAN NOT ship to P.O Boxes OR RR#'s. Please provide FULL ADDRESSES AND A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL THE RECIPIENT.
