EXCELLENT Customer Service ..EVEN during a Global Pandemic

I have been using Whatta Basket for years . What started out as a unique gift for clients has now become my go to source for everyone that I wish to impart a smile upon, whether thats clients , friends, family members , or business associates . The baskets are always beautifully curated and packaged in luxury . Delivery is always consistent and as a matter of fact , I recently placed an order 1 day before my preferred delivery date . Later , AFTER the order had already been confirmed , I found out that the recipient would not be home all weekend . One quick email with a re-direct delivery address , and instantly Whatta Basket was able to take care of the new instructions . I am 100% confident that I will NEVER shop anywhere else .

Poor Customer Service- DONT ORDER

I ordered a basket on Friday and selected Saturday for delivery with no issues (I also paid an extra $10 for shipping). I tried to contact the company Saturday to confirm but found out their offices were closed until Monday. I phoned Monday and was assured my order would arrive that day.. it didn’t. I called back Tuesday and was assured it would arrive that day. Tuesday evening I called back again and was told UPS only picked up some orders and they really weren’t sure when mine would arrive. I was pretty disappointed and asked to be refunded for shipping, they agreed but are ignoring me now and won’t refund. I noticed on the tracking the shipping label wasn’t even created until 5pm Tuesday night. Finally my basket was delivered late on Wednesday, 5 days after I intended. I wouldve never ordered from them if I knew it would take this long. I was told the owner would contact me about resolving the issues I had but no one ever did. I emailed to follow up about shipping on Wednesday but never heard back. If items can’t be shipped over the weekend, it’s misleading for your website to allow the date to be selected. Furthermore, if you agree to contact a customer back about such poor customer service and refund them for shipping at a minimum for this terrible experience, you should follow through on your word. I would never trust ordering from this company. Find somewhere else that can offer what they say they will.
